Frequent questions
How do I delete my account and all data?
In the app: Menu → “Delete account”. Appointments, clients and your booking page are removed — permanently and instantly.
How do I turn off the AI assistant?
Menu → the “AI assistant” toggle. Once off, commands aren’t sent to the AI provider; everything else works as usual.
A client can’t book via the link
Check that online booking is on (Menu → My page) and that services and working hours are set — without them free slots aren’t calculated.
How do I change a client’s phone?
The phone is the client’s identifier and can’t be edited. Create a client with the new number; notes can be moved over.
